Jaclyn Parks

Jaclyn Parks, GBDS, currently serves as a Senior Client Manager at Newfront since August 2022, following a tenure at Lockton Companies where Jaclyn held the positions of Senior Account Manager and Account Manager from November 2018 to August 2022. Prior experience includes working as an Employee Benefits Account Manager at Harris, Madden & Powell, Inc. from January 2017 to November 2018, and as a Special Education Assistant at Tipton County Schools in 2014-2015. Earlier professional roles include office management at Metro Appliances and More and Watsons Appliances Sales and Service, as well as serving as a Soldier in the US Army from August 2005 to April 2006. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional, Technical, Business, and Sociology from The University of Memphis and an Associate’s Degree in Secondary Education from Dyersburg State Community College, along with training as an Emergency Medical Technician from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
