Paige Maisonet

Paige Maisonet, SHRM-CP, serves as the Head of People at Newfront, advancing through various roles including Vice President of People Operations and Sr Director of People and Diversity Operations since February 2015. Key responsibilities include acting as the main contact for employee concerns related to benefits, performance management, and policy administration, as well as overseeing the full cycle recruiting process to attract and retain top talent. Prior to Newfront, Paige held positions at Procter & Gamble, where responsibilities included managing significant marketing budgets and executing new item initiatives. Additionally, experience as an HR Recruiting Specialist Co-op provided foundational skills in recruiting strategies. Paige earned a BA in Public Relations from Northern Kentucky University.
