Patrick Hennon

Patrick Hennon is an experienced professional in the employee benefits and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Employee Benefits at Newfront since February 2020. In this role, Patrick focuses on modernizing the healthcare benefits market to enhance accessibility and affordability. Prior to Newfront, Patrick worked at ProCo Insurance Services as a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant from September 2007 to February 2020, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive Total Rewards & Benefit Plans to improve employee experiences. Earlier in his career, Patrick gained experience as an Account Executive at WMC Mortgage, specializing in wholesale lending, and as a Sales Representative at Advent Software, where Patrick handled software sales for both new and existing clients. Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Oregon, completed in 2000, and graduated from Loyola High School in 1996.
