Lidia Pronk has extensive experience in retail management and customer relations, currently serving as Vestigingsmanager at NewFysic since August 2018 and simultaneously as Shopmanager at Rituals since December 2015, having previously held the position of Assistent Shopmanager. Prior to these roles, Lidia worked as Accountmanager at Rentokil Initial, where responsibilities included managing a client portfolio, fostering new relationships, and ensuring quality service in pest prevention and control. Lidia also served as Storemanager at Just Brands, where responsibilities involved setting up a new store team in Rotterdam, and as Management Trainee at Douglas Cosmetics.
