CEO at NewFysic

Mimi Voortman has diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Mimi is currently the CEO of NewFysic, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing, Digital, and Data at NewFysic from February 2018 to May 2021. Before joining NewFysic, Mimi took a break to engage in ouderschapsverlof (parental leave) from January 2017 to February 2018.

Mimi'sprevious role was as the Digital Marketing Manager for Libelle at Sanoma, where they were responsible for implementing and managing different digital channels to drive relevant traffic to Libelle.nl. Mimi played a significant role in the digital transformation and redesign of the Libelle brand. Additionally, they handled content marketing management, communication strategy development, and tactical translation for all digital activities. Mimi worked at Sanoma from February 2013 to January 2017.

Prior to their role at Sanoma, Mimi worked as the Ecommerce Manager at Prenatal Moeder en Kind B.V. from 2010 to 2013. Mimi managed the online team, optimized online marketing campaigns, and collaborated with internal and external partners to integrate online marketing plans effectively.

Before joining Prenatal, Mimi held the position of Category Manager Hardwaren at Marqt from January 2008 to January 2010. Mimi also worked as a Product Manager for New Services at Hema from 2006 to 2008 and as a Sales Executive at LINQ from 2003 to 2006.

Mimi Voortman completed a Masterclass in Customer Experience & Omnichannel at Nyenrode Business University in 2018. In the past, they attended Haarlem Business School from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained an HBO degree in English, marketing, export management, and economics. Additionally, in 2003, Mimi participated in the Erasmus Programme at Universidad CEU San Pablo, focusing on economics.
