Tia Kelly

Tia Kelly currently serves as Operations Manager at NewGen, part of the Kairos Group, since June 2022. Prior experience includes multiple roles as Operations Manager at Turopium and Kyma Media from June 2022 to July 2024 and June 2022 to June 2024, respectively, along with a Project and Operations Manager position at Apprintable from November 2018 to June 2022, focusing on creative project oversight and coordination. Tia also held the role of Personal Assistant to the Director, managing the CEO’s schedule and bookkeeping tasks. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Ambassador for Diversity and Wellbeing at the University of Manchester Students' Union and tutoring English and Maths at Explore Learning. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Manchester and Arizona State University.
