Ayesha Khader

Ayesha Khader currently serves as the Director of Instructional Design for Program Quality at NewGlobe since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles at the Community Charter School of Cambridge, where Ayesha worked as a Grade Level Lead for 9th grade and a Humanities and History Teacher, contributing to curriculum development that promotes equity in historical education. Ayesha's background also includes an internship with Massachusetts Advocates for Children in the Harvard Law Clinic, as a Lead Tutor at Codman Academy Charter Public School, and teaching positions in Baltimore County Public Schools and Teach For America. Ayesha holds a Master of Education in Education Policy and Management from Harvard University and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from the University of Michigan.
