Nathan Smart has extensive experience in the brewing and construction industries. Currently serving as a Distiller at New Holland Brewing Company since July 2016, Nathan previously worked at American Process Inc from March 2012 to July 2016 as a Crew Leader, where responsibilities included ensuring safety for crew members and meeting production goals. Prior roles include Field Technician and Laboratory Technician at Professional Service Industries, Inc., where Nathan conducted testing on construction materials following established standards. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and an Associate's Degree in Applied Science from Alpena Community College.
