Angela Guastella

Angela Guastella is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and business development. Currently serving as Senior People Partner for Talent Acquisition at New Home Co. since July 2024, Angela previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lugano Diamonds and held various roles at Side, where management of hiring processes and relationship-building with hiring managers were key responsibilities. Angela's career began at Robert Half, excelling as a Recruiter/Account Manager, and later as a Business Development Representative at Mavenlink. Additionally, Angela's earlier experience includes roles at Charter Yachts of Newport Beach and an internship at The Walt Disney Company. Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.
