Aubrey Dym

Aubrey Dym currently serves as the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development at New Home Co. since May 2024. Prior to this role, Aubrey was the Senior Vice President of Land for the Single Family Rental division at Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC, managing operations across the DFW, Houston, and Austin markets from May 2021 to May 2024. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of Land Acquisition at Taylor Morrison and as National Director of Land Acquisition at Beazer Homes, where supervision of the National Land Acquisition strategy for the Gatherings by Beazer Homes 55+ Age Restricted product took place. Earlier positions at Skorburg Company included roles as Director of Land Acquisition and Land Acquisition Manager in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, beginning with the position of Land Acquisition Associate. Aubrey Dym holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development from the University of Arizona, earned in May 2007.
