Cassie Hansen

Cassie Hansen, MBA, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of People & Total Rewards at The New Home Company Inc., with a career spanning over a decade in human resources. Since December 2013, Cassie has managed various HR functions, including leading the ADP implementation and overseeing the payroll cycle. Previous roles include HR Coordinator at American Career College and Human Resources Assistant at Fletcher Jones Motorcars, where responsibilities included conducting new hire orientations, administering benefits, and processing payroll. Cassie holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University, HR Management certification from UCI Extension, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
