Scott Holland

Scott Holland started their work experience in 1991 as a Regional Operations Manager for Kinko's Inc. During their time there, they successfully organized and managed a merger, improving customer service and profitability. Scott then worked as a Sales Manager and VP of Sales for Del Webb and Monterey Homes from 2000 to 2003, where they managed sales associates and oversaw real estate transactions. From 2003 to 2007, they served as the VP of Sales and Marketing for Taylor Woodrow, managing a large sales team and achieving high profitability. In 2008, they started their own real estate brokerage company called Top100AZHomes.com, providing residential real estate services. From 2010 to 2015, they were the President/Owner of Useyouripad.com, training businesses and sales associates on iPad usage. Scott then joined LifeStyle Homes as the Vice President of Sales from 2013 to 2015, where they recruited, hired, developed, and managed sales associates. Since 2015, they have been associated with The New Home Company Inc. Scott first served as a Neighborhood Sales Manager in various communities, including Mountain Shadows, Paradise Valley, and Belmont in Gilbert. Scott also worked as the Director of Sales, opening new sales offices in North Scottsdale. Currently, they are a Neighborhood Sales Manager for Mosaic in Gilbert.

Scott Holland holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Management from Northern Arizona University. Scott also has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management/Marketing from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
