Via Kirkwood has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. They began their career as a Store Manager at The Home Depot in 1993, overseeing multiple store openings and managing various aspects of construction, inventory, and marketing. In 2004, they transitioned to John Laing Homes / Emaar UAE as the Director of Customer Care & Quality Assurance, where they supervised building procedures, implemented training programs, and ensured adherence to construction schedules. In 2010, Via joined K. Hovnanian Homes as the Director of Customer Care, where they focused on optimizing operations, improving customer satisfaction, and managing budgets. They later worked at Lennar as the Director of Operations, overseeing budgets, compliance, and community relations. Via then served as the Area Customer Relations Manager at Century Communities, Inc., where they managed legal matters, coordinated strategies with counsel, and ensured quality assurance.
