Maria Kravchyshyn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations and customer support. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Operations at NEWHOMESMATE, Maria oversees the sales operations team and drives process improvements to enhance performance and customer experience. Previously, during tenure at Cloudbeds, Maria held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Customer Support & Billing, where oversight of a large, cross-cultural team led to improved customer satisfaction rates. Maria possesses a diverse skill set in team management, operational efficiency, and customer service, supported by a Master's degree in foreign languages from the National University of Ostroh Academy.
