Kaitlin Dempsey Watts

Kaitlin Dempsey Watts, MBA has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at Newhouse, starting as a Lead Advocate and eventually transitioning to various managerial roles such as Manager of Mission Impact + Administration and Director of Administrative Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Shelter Operations. Prior to their time at Newhouse, Kaitlin worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Missouri Personality Psychology Laboratory from 2011 to 2015.

Kaitlin Dempsey Watts, MBA completed their education chronologically with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia, spanning from 2011 to 2015. Later, they pursued their Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, from 2019 to 2021.
