Jim Drucker has a long history of work experience in the sports industry. Jim began their career in 1978 as the Commissioner of the Continental Basketball Association. In 1986, they became President of Global Television Sports, Inc. and held this position until 1989 when they took on the role of Legal Correspondent at ESPN. In 1994, they became Commissioner of the Arena Football League and in 1996, they returned to Global Television Sports, Inc. as President. Finally, in 2000, they became Principal CEO of NewKadia.com.

Jim Drucker attended Duke University School of Law from 1973 to 1976, where they obtained a J.D. in Law. Jim then attended University at Buffalo from 1969 to 1973, where they received a B.A. in Communication and Political Science. Jim then attended Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law from 1976 to 1978, where they obtained a Master of Laws - LLM.
