Esa Kymäläinen

Esa Kymäläinen currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Newland EMEA, focusing on the OEM market in Finland and the Nordic region since May 2023. Prior to this role, Esa spent nearly 15 years at Opticon Sensors as a business developer, where responsibilities included software and hardware testing, process planning and development with partners and end customers, and collaboration with other OEM vendors. Earlier career experience includes serving as Area Manager at Nordic ID from July 2001 to June 2008 and as Sales Manager at Tietoasema from August 1998 to July 2001, with a focus on PC and server reselling, service planning, sales, and marketing. Esa holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Helsinki, earned between 1990 and 2015.
