Ronald Queen

Ronald Queen has over 20 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Ronald is currently the Vice President of Underwriting and Credit Operations at NewLane Finance, a position they have held since December 2017. Prior to this role, Ronald worked at Marlin Business Services Corp for almost two decades, where they held various positions including Vice President of Credit, Director of Credit for the Office Equipment Group, Senior Credit Analyst, and Credit Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing credit operations, training and mentoring credit analysts, underwriting lease applications, and monitoring key metrics and performance.

Ronald Queen attended Hampton University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
