Shawn W. Semones

Shawn Semones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of technology and research within the agriculture and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at NewLeaf Symbiotics, Inc. since May 2023, Shawn previously held the same title at Anuvia Plant Nutrients from April 2020 to May 2023 and contributed as a Scientific Advisor and Chief Technology Officer at Concentric Ag from May 2018 to January 2023. Additional roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Inocucor Corp, and various leadership positions at Novozymes spanning from 2001 to 2017, where Shawn advanced through roles such as Director of Research and Development.
