David Taylor

David has been with Newlight Partners and its predecessor, the Strategic Investments Group of Soros Fund Management, since 2015. He has over 20 years of experience negotiating, structuring and executing a broad range of domestic and international transactions. He serves as General Counsel and is additionally responsible for overseeing a range of fund management operations.

David resides in the New York area with his family.
