Kari Caesar

Kari Caesar has a diverse work experience in marketing and brand management. Kari currently holds the position of Director of Marketing at Newman's Own, Inc. Since joining Edgewell Personal Care in 2016, they have held multiple roles including Senior Brand Manager for Men's Wet Shave and Senior Brand Manager for Bulldog Skincare for Men. Prior to their time at Edgewell Personal Care, they worked at Energizer Holdings as a Global Business Manager and Senior Associate Brand Manager. Kari also has experience in the food industry through their roles at Kraft Foods. Kari's early career began at Sensata Technologies, where they held positions as a North American Advance Engine Market Segment Manager and North American Marketing Specialist. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in competitive analysis, pricing strategies, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Kari Caesar pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Wisconsin School of Business. This degree was focused on Brand and Product Management, spanning from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, Kari Caesar completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a concentration in Chemical Engineering from Smith College between 2000 and 2004.
