Crrp Danaria Farris McCoy

Danaria Farris McCoy has a comprehensive work history with experience in operations, marketing, property management, and sales. Starting in 2002, McCoy worked at Rocky Mountain Entertainment as a Sales Manager before becoming the Director of Sales & Marketing. During this time, they managed the marketing and communications strategy and doubled special event sales revenue.

In 2005, McCoy moved to ServiceStar Development Company and held the role of Director of Marketing. Danaria was responsible for all advertising, special events, sales promotions, tenant relations, and community outreach programs for over 1,000,000 square feet of retail assets. Additionally, they managed a team and various third-party vendors.

McCoy joined NewMark Merrill Companies in 2016 as the Division Operations Director. In this position, they led operations for the firm's shopping center and property portfolio in the Mountain States Division. Danaria'sresponsibilities included developing business plans, managing contract administration, and fostering tenant relationships. McCoy was later promoted to the role of Vice President of Operations and Marketing.

Danaria Farris McCoy, CRRP, obtained a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Advertising and a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Broadcasting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied Marketing, Public Relations, and English from 1997 to 2001. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Danaria attended The Pembroke Hill School from 1980 to 2000. Danaria also pursued additional certifications, becoming a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) from ICSC in March 2019. Although it is known that Danaria attended Southern Methodist University, no information about their degree or field of study at that institution is available. In addition to their CRRP certification, Danaria has not obtained any other certifications from ICSC, such as the Certified Marketing Director (CMD), Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), or Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) certifications.
