Andrew Hopkins

Andrew Hopkins is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in property management and business development. Currently serving as Vice President at Newmark since April 2019, Andrew leads the property management service business for the Columbus and Cincinnati markets and drives business development to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. Prior positions include Senior Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield, managing Asset Services in Columbus, and Alliance Director at CB Richard Ellis, overseeing facility management services for a Fortune 500 client. Andrew's career began at Jones Lang LaSalle, where responsibility included managing client facilities portfolios, and further preceded by a role as General Manager at The Galbreath Company, focusing on high-rise property management. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bob Jones University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
