Mr. Giovanni D’Agostino is President of Mexico and Regional Director of Latin America of Newmark Knight Frank, one of the world’s leading commercial real estate advisory firm.
He has more than two decades of experience in real estate, representing a wide range of domestic and international corporations delivering the highest level of service. In the last two years, he has led the exponential growth of NKF Mexico and has substantially increased the business areas, to expand the portfolio of services that NKF offers to the real estate market, positioning the company in different countries of the Latin American region, turning the company as the most disruptive leader in the region.
In his beginnings, he was the founder of Alles Group, a renowned real estate consulting Services Company operating since 1997, where he performed as Executive vice President and Managing Director until in 2013, where he makes a partnership with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank to found Newmark Knight Frank in Mexico City.
As a broker, he was involved in many of the most important relocations for national and multinational companies in Mexico like Goldman Sachs, Marsh McLenan, Cannon, Morgan Stanley, Havas Media, Alestra/AT&T & Citizen amongst many others, giving him the recognition of one of the leaders in Tenant Rep practice in the country.
He has been President and Vice president of the Commercial and Industrial Institute (ICEI) of the AMPI, the most important board for commercial real estate in Mexico, being re-elected three times as Vice President, where amongst his main contributions promoted the constant professionalization of real estate inside the companies that form the Institute and throughout the sector.
Giovanni was also a member of the Advisory Committee for Oncor International in Washington D.C. where he was also re-elected for four consecutive terms and performed as an advisor for the standardization and integration of the real estate relationship between Mexico, United States of America and Europe.
Giovanni holds a degree in law from the UNAM, and has several postgraduate programs specializing in Corporate Finance and Real Estate in Institutions such as the Universidad Iberoamericana, ITAM and the CCIM Institute.
