Sridhar Potineni

Sridhar Potineni is Chief Information Officer of Newmark. In his role, Sridhar is responsible for the company’s information technology and driving digital transformation efforts– reinforcing Newmark’s dedication to identifying innovative solutions that support the evolving needs of its clients and professionals.

Sridhar joined Newmark in May 2021, after two decades of leading technology initiatives in the real estate industry. He most recently served as Global CTO for a leading commercial real estate services firm in its Capital Markets group. There he worked with the group’s board to develop technology, data and product strategy aimed at driving innovation, launching digital products, scaling data insights and driving sales automation. He also played a leading role on the Corporate Venture Fund, a vehicle focused on investing and developing early-stage tech companies to drive industry innovation and reshape traditional real estate processes. Sridhar has successfully led teams with business outcomes such as the creation of a Capital Markets deal management platform deployed in 39 countries, and a real estate marketplace for investors with over $100B in assets.

Sridhar holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University.
