Brigitte Seaman

Brigitte (Comley) Seaman is an experienced metallurgical professional currently serving as the Head of Processing - TS Processing & Metallurgy at Newmont Corporation since November 2023. Brigitte's career began at BHP Billiton, where significant contributions included the development of energy-efficient comminution practices and the implementation of flotation techniques for mineral recovery. Academic qualifications include a BSc and MSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and current pursuit of a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Minerals Processing at The University of Queensland.
