Cathy Cox has extensive experience in the mining industry, particularly in exploration roles at Newmont Corporation and Newmont Mining Corporation. From May 2018 to February 2024, Cathy served as the Head of Exploration for North America and held the position of Group Executive for Exploration in Africa and Europe. Prior to this, from January 2011 to May 2018, Cathy progressed through various exploration leadership roles, including Director of Exploration for both the Andes and Great Basin regions and Manager of Great Basin Exploration.
