Kathleen Beard

Kathleen Beard, GPHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources leadership. Currently serving as Director of HR at Newmont Mining Corporation since September 2008, Kathleen previously held the position of Senior Director of HR at Apex Silver Mines from January 2003 to September 2007. Prior to that, Kathleen was the Executive Director of HR at Genomica Corporation from April 2001 to December 2002, and held a similar role at Excite@Home from 1998 to 2001.
