Mike Wundenberg

Mike Wundenberg has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as the Head of Business Improvement at Newmont Corporation since March 2013. Over the years, Mike has held several leadership positions at Newmont, including Vice President roles in Operational Technology, Business Improvement, and Innovation, as well as Group Executive positions focusing on Asset Management and Business Improvement. In addition to their role at Newmont, Mike has been a Board Member of the Canada Mining Innovation Council since June 2020. Mike's educational background includes a Graduate degree from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and completion of an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Denver.
