Philippa Sivwright

Philippa Sivwright has extensive experience in the mining and geology sector, currently serving as the Director of Regional Exploration at Newmont Corporation since January 2004. Philippa has held multiple roles at Newmont, including Exploration Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing regional exploration efforts, and Exploration Services Manager, focused on maximizing value through shared geology services and developing a global career development system for geologists. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior/Principal Geologist and as Senior OP Mine Geologist and Senior Exploration Geologist at Newmont Mining Corporation from July 1994 to September 2002. Additionally, Philippa worked as an Exploration Geologist and Project Geologist at ACM & Normandy Mining from 1989 to 1994. Philippa holds a BSc Hons in Geology from the University of Reading.
