Ashutosh Biswas has been working in the Human Resources field since 2014. Currently, they are a Senior HR Specialist at NewPage Solutions.

Ashutosh Biswas received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Indian Institute of Education & Business Management in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, between 2014 and 2016. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree from PGDM from IIEBM College in Human Resources Development. Additionally, they hold certifications from DOEACC - Department of Electronics and Accreditation of Computer Classes for a Cource on Computer Concepts, Prayag Sangeet Samiti for Sangeet Prabhakar (Indian Classical Music), and Prayag Sangeet Samiti for a Senior Diploma (Instrumental).
