Sahaj Gupta

Sahaj Gupta has worked in the IT industry for over 17 years. Sahaj began their career in 2003 as a Senior Business Consultant cum Onsite Coordinator at Dell Perot Systems. Sahaj then moved on to become a Technical Team Lead and Project Manager at the same company. In 2010, they joined TMG as an Onsite Coordinator/Project Manager/Sr. Agile Business Analyst. In 2013, they became a Scrum Master/Sr. Project Manager at Dell. In 2014, they worked as Delivery Head (Director-IT) and Program Manager/Senior Project Manager at InterGlobe Technologies Ltd. In 2017, they became the Delivery Director and Head of GDC at Integra Alliance LLP. Most recently, in 2019 they began working as Vice-President (Product Engineering & Operations) at Santech Solution, Inc. for its Jaipur centre.

Sahaj Gupta received their B.E. in Mechanical Engg. from the Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur between 1994 and 1998. Sahaj then went on to obtain a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing (DAC) from the C-DAC Advanced Computing Training School, Bangalore in 2001. This diploma covered topics such as C++ & Data structures, Advanced Web programmingm Database concepts etc. In 2013, Gupta obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org. In 2019, Gupta obtained the Data Science - R basics certification from DataCamp. Additionally, they hold a SAFe Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
