Saad Aziz

Saad Aziz, PhD, EIT, has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as Product Development Manager and Technical Services Manager at Newpark since March 2019. Saad has successfully resolved over 50 customer technical problems, leading to significant business growth, and has implemented new products in the field while organizing training for personnel. Notable achievements include leading a $6.5 million plastic product design project that resulted in substantial cost savings and earning Newpark's Presidential R&D award in 2020. Saad's background includes a PhD from Louisiana State University and valuable research assistant roles focusing on thermomechanical FEA analysis and structural simulations. Past experiences also include software testing at ANSYS and conducting research at Idaho State University, where advanced finite element modeling was performed on composite materials.
