Pierre de Lit

Pierre De Lit began their work experience as a Researcher/Teaching Assistant at the Université libre de Bruxelles, where they focused on concurrent engineering, optimization, and manufacturing technologies. Pierre later joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate, progressing to roles as an Engagement Manager and Associate Principal. During their time at McKinsey, Pierre worked primarily in the transport and logistics sector, advising clients on operational, marketing, sales, strategic, and regulatory issues.

Pierre then transitioned to a career in operations management, starting at bpost as the Director of Program Management in Mail Service Operations. Pierre held various positions at bpost, including Director of Projects and Technology, Director of Operational Strategy, and Director of Mail and Parcels Operations Belgium. Pierre was responsible for overseeing operations, budgets, operational efficiency, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and project management.

Most recently, Pierre has joined Newpharma as the Enthusiastic Promotor of the team's ideas, serving as the COO/CTO. In this role, they collaborate with the management team to shape and implement the company's operational and international strategy.
