Justin Charlton

Justin Charlton began their work experience as a Human Resources Intern at New Pig in January 2023. In May 2023, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Generalist, where they are currently employed. Prior to joining New Pig, Justin worked as a Sales and Service Specialist at Budget Beverage from June 2021 to January 2023.

Justin Charlton is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General at Penn State University. Justin started their education at the university in 2018 and is expected to complete their degree in 2023. In addition to their degree program, Justin has obtained three certifications. In January 2023, they obtained a certification in "Human Resources: Job Structure and Design" from LinkedIn. In March 2023, they acquired two more certifications, one in "Agile: It's Not Just for Software" and another in "Photography: First Steps," both from LinkedIn as well.
