Kevin Martin is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, serving as the Founding Partner of Eagle Four Partners since March 2001, where a focus on strategic investments and partnerships in various developments has been established. Currently, Kevin holds multiple leadership roles, including Managing Partner positions at Pendry Hotels & Resorts, VEA Newport Beach, and Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel. Additionally, Kevin is the Principal President of Balboa Bay Resort and the Principal CEO of Newport Beach Country Club.
