Matthew Davies has been in the housing and construction industry for over two decades, with experience spanning various roles including Project Manager, Development Manager, and Senior Development Officer. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Development at Newport City Homes, Matthew previously held leadership positions at Hafod and Cymdeithas Tai Dewi Sant. Matthew obtained a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England in 1995.
