Vicki Farrow

Vicki Farrow has extensive experience in asset management, investment, and property services. Vicki most recently worked as the Head of Asset Strategy and Investment at Newport City Homes since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Asset Management at Hft from 2021 to 2022. Vicki also worked as a Capital Investment Manager at Vale of Glamorgan Council from 2020 to 2021, and as a Property and Asset Manager at East Devon District Council from 2019 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Vicki held various managerial positions, including Group Reactive Surveying Manager at GreenSquare Group from 2017 to 2018, Commercial, Compliance, and Asset Manager at Severn Vale Housing from 2016 to 2017, and Contract Manager/Managing Quantity Surveyor at Newport City Homes from 2014 to 2016. Vicki also served as the Maintenance Services Manager at Cheltenham Borough Homes Ltd from 2013 to 2014, Commercial Manager at Alhco from 2012 to 2013, and Head of Property Services at United Housing Association from 2009 to 2012. In these roles, Vicki demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed budgets, implemented process improvements, and achieved high resident satisfaction rates.
