Melanie Kiss-Endicott

Melanie Kiss-Endicott serves as the VP of Coding Education at Shearwater Health, overseeing coding education for over 1000 scholars and managing an international team of training experts. In addition, Melanie holds the position of Hospital Board Commissioner for NEWPORT HOSPITAL AND HEALTH SERVICES, providing oversight and guidance for the public hospital. As the Founder and CEO of Chicas Abroad, Melanie curates adventure travel experiences for women globally. Melanie is also an adjunct professor at Stephens College, teaching various health information administration courses, and previously taught at Spokane Community College and the University of Cincinnati. Prior experience includes significant roles at AHIMA, where Melanie led international education and training initiatives and developed content generating over $15 million in annual revenue. Melanie holds a B.A. in Health Information Management from Carroll College and an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix.
