Currently serving as Assistant General Manager and previously as Senior Rooms Operations Manager at Newport Hospitality Group, Inc since November 2021, Michael has a long tenure at Marriott Hotels from 2002 to 2021, where roles included Senior Rooms Operations Manager and Rooms Operations Manager. Michael's culinary foundation was established through an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University, complemented by further education at the Institute of Culinary Education.
