Kelly Bennett

Kelly Bennett is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in mental health and engineering. Currently serving as a Mental Health Technician at Newport News Behavioral Health Center since July 2023 and co-owning Kellz & Keez LLC from April 2023, Kelly's background includes significant technical roles at Amazon as an Engineer Operations Technician and as a Marine Machinery Mechanic for the Naval Ship Support Activity. Kelly's military service as an Engineman in the United States Navy from 1998 to 2012 provided a solid foundation in operating and maintaining complex machinery, including propulsion and refrigeration systems. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Norfolk State University, obtained between 2012 and 2014, complemented by vocational training at Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School.
