Imelda Morales Sauceda, MBA, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Imelda began their career in 1998 as a Clinic Supervisor at UT Southwestern Medical Center. In 2007, they took on the role of Director of Special Projects and Sr. Operations Manager at Texas Back Institute. In 2013, they became the Director of Health Services Management at USMD, where they were responsible for acting as an internal consultant for the various sites and liaising with the revenue cycle management company. In 2016, they joined Aprima Medical Software, Inc. as an RCM Account Director and was responsible for the management, direction, and oversight of account managers, processes, productivity and financial results for assigned teams. In 2019, they moved to Legacy Health LLC as the Senior Director of Client Management, where they were responsible for strategic development of client relationships to ensure continued client satisfaction and retention. Currently, they are the Associate Vice President of RCM at Newport Medical Solutions (NewportMed).

Imelda Morales Sauceda, MBA, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of North Texas, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health Services Management from the same university. Additionally, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2020.
