Mamtesh Sugla

Mamtesh Sugla joined NewQuest in 2014 and is responsible for evaluation of investments across India and Southeast Asia. His responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, execution and monitoring.

Prior to joining NewQuest, Mamtesh was an investment banking analyst with J.P. Morgan’s India team based in Mumbai. Mamtesh has also worked as a banker at RBS and a consultant with PwC.

Mamtesh has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta, where he was awarded a silver medal for his performance, and has an undergraduate degree in engineering from IIT Dhanbad. Mamtesh is fluent in English and Hindi.
