Denise Arguello

Denise Arguello has extensive experience in human resources, working in various senior-level roles throughout their career. Denise currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Newrez LLC and Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Denise'sprevious experience includes a role as HRBP Director at Guardian Life, where they managed the acquisition and divestiture of Access Dental Services Operations. Prior to that, they worked at Capital One as a Senior HRBP in the Auto Finance Division. Denise also has experience as a Human Resources Consultant and held multiple HR positions at U.S. Cellular, including National Director of HR Diversity and Talent Strategies.

Denise Arguello has pursued education in the fields of Organizational Leadership and Business Administration and Management, General. Denise attended the University of Oklahoma and St Gregory University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Strategic Workforce Planner and Human Capital Strategist from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Denise also holds additional certifications in Balanced Scorecard, Business Strategy, Executive Diversity Black Belt, and P&L Financial Statements for HR Training.
