Jane Hughes

Jane Hughes has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In their most recent role as Director, Community Investment at Newrez LLC, they oversee community investment programs. Jane previously held positions at Gensler as a Community Impact | Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for philanthropic efforts and employee engagement. Jane also worked as a Community Engagement Specialist at the City of Indianapolis while serving with AmeriCorps VISTA. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Associate and Analyst at Third Bridge Group Limited. Jane has also worked with the United Nations as a Youth Observer and has interned at charity: water, The Synergos Institute, and the U.S. House of Representatives. Jane'sexperiences include research, development, marketing, and legislative analysis.

Jane Hughes has a diverse education history. Jane obtained a Core Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online in 2021. Jane also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Political Economies and Economics from Fordham University, which they completed in 2016. In 2014, Jane earned a Certificate of Completion of a Study Abroad Program focused on International Business and Entrepreneurship at the Danish Institute of Study Abroad. Jane completed their secondary education at Mount Saint Joseph Academy between 2008 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Jane has obtained several certifications, including Board Prep Graduate from Young Involved Philadelphia in 2021, Introductory Certification from the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals in 2019, and certifications in Competitive Strategy and Managerial Economics from LinkedIn in 2016.
