Jennifer Pitt has a diverse work history in various management roles within the real estate industry. Jennifer currently serves as the Director of Operations at Newrez LLC, where they oversee the administration and technical support of the company's appraisal pipeline. Jennifer identifies process improvement opportunities, coordinates system enhancements, and implements process changes across multiple departments. Jennifer also supports Operations Leadership with data analytics and Executive presentations.

Prior to their current role, Jennifer worked as the Director of Client Services at Clarocity Valuation Services from 2017 to 2024. In this position, they ensured client onboarding, retention, and growth, leading a team of Account Managers and Client Support Specialists. Jennifer also supported the sales team by preparing RFP responses and managing vendor vetting processes. Jennifer created client-specific processes and facilitated communication between clients and internal business units.

From 2014 to 2017, Jennifer served as the Director of Operations at TCVALUATIONS, INC. Jennifer coordinated the assignment and completion of appraisal orders nationwide and managed a team of regional representatives. Jennifer analyzed team performance for turn time, quality, and gross profit margin to ensure company standards were met. Jennifer also focused on business growth by building relationships with clients through consistent communication.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer held positions such as AVP, Valuations at West Point Appraisal Services Inc from 2005 to 2006, Director of Operations at NATIONS VALUATION SERVICES from 2003 to 2005, and Pre-Foreclosure Manager, Client Services Representative, and Vendor Manager at Horizon Management Services, Inc. from 2000 to 2003.

Jennifer Pitt attended the Appraisal Institute in 2016, where they studied Appraisal Procedures & Appraisal Principles. In the same year, they also earned a USPAP Certification from McKissock.
