Tracy Rosser

Tracy Rosser currently serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer at White Cap since March 2024, and holds positions as a Board Member at Covenant and Strategic Advisor at NewRoad Capital Partners, both starting in 2023. Previously at Uber Freight from May 2019 to January 2023, Tracy was Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing a significant managed transportation services company. With extensive experience at Walmart from 1997 to 2019, Tracy held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Transportation and Supply Chain, and Senior Vice President of Store Operations, managing substantial revenue and operational teams. Tracy's educational background includes an EMBA from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business from The University of Alabama.
