Isaac Tsefadia איציק צפדיה

Isaac Tsefadia has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Isaac started their career in 1987 as an R&D Engineer at Ricor Cryogenics & vacuum systems, where they worked until 1995. After this, they served as the Kibutz General Secretary at En Harod Ihud from 1995 to 1997. Isaac then returned to Ricor Cryogenic & vacuum systems and took on the role of Project Manager and HR Manager from 1997 to 2001. Isaac then joined Galil Medical as an R&D Engineering & Project Manager from 2001 to 2004, where they worked on medical cryoablation and quality assurance aspects. Isaac then worked at En Harod Ihud as the Head of Technology Projects from 2005 to 2013. From 2014 to the present, Isaac has held leadership positions at Wise Engineering, serving as the CEO. Isaac also worked as a Freelancer Mechanical Engineer at UC Care from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, Isaac joined NewRocket as the Chief Mechanical Engineer and later became the Chief Engineers Officer in December 2021.
