Tiana Allen has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Gwinnett College-Lilburn, teaching subjects such as Anatomy and Kinesiology. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Literacy Action, focusing on adult literacy. In 2011, Tiana founded the non-profit organization The Journey Institute of Wellness and also started their own business consultancy called Creatively Successful ®. Tiana continued to pursue entrepreneurship by founding Hey Lovely ® Mentoring Program in 2012. Tiana's writing and editing skills were showcased through their work as an independent journalist and as a contributing journalist for The Atlanta Voice / Voice News Network. Tiana also co-owned and served as an on-air media reporter for Today's Spotlight. More recently, Tiana joined the Chicago News Weekly as a news reporter in 2022. Alongside their professional endeavors, they founded The Wellness Sanctuary in 2003, where they serve as a health practitioner.
