K. Andrew Williams has worked in various roles in the aerospace and defense industry since 2012. K. Andrew started as a Test Engineer Intern at Harris Corporation in 2012 and then worked as a Systems Integration and Test Engineer 1-3 from 2013 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Project Engineer, Sr. Specialist at the same company. K. Andrew then joined L3Harris Technologies in 2019 as a Program Manager, Sr. Specialist until March 2021. Currently, they are working as a Sr Program Manager at NewSat North America since March 2021.

K. Andrew Williams has a diverse education history with degrees in computer science, systems engineering, and business. In 2010, they earned an associate degree in arts from Eastern Florida State College. K. Andrew then continued their education at the University of Central Florida, where they received a bachelor's degree in computer science in 2013. In 2015, they returned to Florida Institute of Technology and obtained a master's degree in systems engineering in 2018. K. Andrew later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the same institution, which they completed in 2020. In 2009, Williams briefly attended Rollins College with a focus on mathematics and computer science.
